We are in the editing process for the Second Edition of our Evidence book.

This Trial Evidence: Skills, Strategies, and Practice Exercises 2nd Edition (the cover of the current edition is to the right) is intended to accompany you when you are learning about how evidence law is applied in practice and/or when you are both preparing for trial and in a courtroom. It is a how-to instruction manual—how to make and meet objections, how to make and respond to a motion in limine to exclude evidence, how to lay a foundation for the introduction of an exhibit or testimony at trial and much more.
