Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ron Clark Books. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@ronclarkbooks.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipping
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at exchanges@ronclarkbooks.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
